About this space
Exposed brick and original tiles, plus exposed duct work and wood highlight this property's history, offset by vibrant artworks and well-stocked bookshelves.
This historic condominium was once The Hoskins Mill. The unit has exposed brick, original tile from the early 20th century and exposed duct work and wood. It's a jewel really.
The space
Thomasboro Hoskins is an older gentrifying neighborhood located in the northwestern portion of the city. This up-and-coming area is only 9 minutes from uptown and 8 minutes from the airport.
This home has plenty of space! The master bedroom has a king bed, desk and television. The kids room that is directly off the master has a toddler bed, crib and rocking chair. One of the downstairs rooms has a full sized bunk bed, and the final room has an desk and twin sized pullout bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, Tupperware and spices! There is also a washer and dryer. Consider this your home away from home. There is lots of room for everyone!
Guest access
Hoskin's Mill is a cool and social building. It's full of young professionals who are always willing to talk. You can access any of the common areas in the building including the laundry room, patio, and hallway area.
Other things to note
If you are going to the city, use Uber or Lyft. The house is literally 7 minutes from the heart of uptown. It is cheaper to uber than it is to park. Trust me.
